Advanced AI-driven production
Our wire assembly machine is a sophisticated, fully automated system. It is specifically designed to meet the high demands of modern production. First, the machine selects wires autonomously using an AI model. Then, it cuts them to length and prepares the ends with ultrasonic welding or ferrules. Finally, it prints a unique code on each wire.

Efficiency and Sustainability
This automated process enables us to perform complex wiring tasks faster and more accurately than ever before. Furthermore, the wires are produced in a more environmentally friendly manner. The process is also less physically demanding for our personnel. Consequently, manual production is now a thing of the past at VMB.
