One example is our automated wire assembly machine – and you, as our customer, will directly benefit from it.

This machine selects wires autonomously using an AI model, cuts them to length, prepares the ends with ultrasonic welding or ferrules, and then prints a unique code on each wire.

Our wire assembly machine is a sophisticated, fully automated system specifically designed to meet the high demands of modern production processes. It enables us to perform complex wiring tasks faster and more accurately than ever before. The wires are produced in a more environmentally friendly manner, and the process is less physically demanding for the personnel involved. Manual production is now a thing of the past.

UL/HazLoc: growing inspections across the United States and Canada to guarantee compliance with required standards.

VMB Automation is UL-certified, meeting the internationally recognised safety standards for industrial control panels (UL 508A).

Thanks to this certification, VMB Automation can supply switchgear and control systems that are recognised and approved worldwide, including in the North American market. ATEX and Safety:

ATEX control cabinets, junction boxes, and operator panels are a crucial component of safe industrial automation in environments where there is a risk of explosion, such as the chemical industry, the oil and gas sector (including hydrogen), or the storage of flammable materials. In these situations, a safe and certified enclosure is essential to protect electrical connections from sparks, overheating, and external influences. At VMB Automation, we design and build bespoke ATEX control cabinets, junction boxes, and operator panels. Each enclosure is fully customized to the environment in which it will be used, including the appropriate components, housing, and certification.
