Recently, VMB Automation received an exciting project for the production of certified junction boxes. Nippon Gases, a leading player in the industry, selected VMB Automation because of our proven reliability, fast lead times, and proactive approach. This project was part of the construction of a new CO2 production plant by Nippon Gases.

Fast Delivery

Given the tight deadlines and the availability of specific products, VMB Automation adapted its engineering to meet Nippon Gases’ delivery requirements. Thanks to this flexibility, VMB Automation was able to deliver the junction boxes on time without compromising on quality.

High-Quality Materials

Nippon Gases chose high-quality stainless steel junction boxes (1.4404 (316L)) from Weidmüller with an electro-polished finish. This choice ensured long-lasting and trouble-free operation of their junction boxes in the CO2 production plant. The high quality of the junction boxes, characterized by carefully selected materials, guarantees continuity and operational reliability.

Certification and Delivery

After assembly in VMB Automation’s certified workshop, the junction boxes were tested and provided with an ATEX certificate. VMB Automation then delivered the certified junction boxes directly to Nippon Gases using our own transport.
