UL 508A
Are you planning to export industrial control panels or switch cabinets to the United States or Canada? Then it is essential that they comply with the UL 508A standard (US) and CSA C22.2 No. 14 (Canada). VMB Automation is a certified UL Listed Panel Shop and provides full support in the design, construction, and certification of control panels that meet these stringent standards.
HazLoc
HazLoc stands for Hazardous Locations – environments where there is a potential risk of explosion. In control panel engineering, this means that control panels and enclosures must comply with strict safety requirements for use in areas where gases, vapours, dust, or flammable substances may be present. These standards apply specifically to the North American market.
